When Your Pet Passes
What should I do immediately after my pet passes away?After your pet passes away, it's important to remain calm & handle their body with care. Call us for guidance, we can advise you on what steps to take next, including options for aftercare.
How do I handle my emotions after the loss of my pet?Coping with the loss of a pet can be incredibly challenging. It's essential to give yourself time to grieve and seek support from friends, family, or even pet loss support groups. Allow yourself to feel your emotions and remember the good times you shared with your pet. Will you pick up my pet? Yes, if you're unable to bring your pet to us due to its size, condition or a lack of transportation, we will come to your home and pick up your pet for cremation or burial. We offer deceased pet pick up valley wide daily from 9AM-11PM. Can I bring my deceased pet to you? Yes, you can bring your pet to us after it has died. We are conveniently located in Glendale, AZ and we accept deceased pet drop offs daily from 9-5PM weekdays & 9-4PM on weekends. No appointment is needed.

What happens to my pet's ashes after cremation?After individual cremation, your pet's ashes will be returned to you in an urn or container of your choice. If you opted for communal cremation, you will not recieve your pets ashes after the cremation process is complete.
How do I choose an urn or container for my pet's ashes?We provide a complimentary cedar pet urn and an engraved name tag with your pets name with each individual cremation purchased. Or you can choose an urn or container that reflects your pet's personality and significance in your life. Options range from simple containers to personalized urns with engravings or photos.
Are there any special keepsakes or memorabilia I can request with pet cremation?We understand the importance of preserving the memory of your beloved pet. That's why we offer a selection of high-quality memorial products, including pet urns, clay paw prints, hair clippings and other custom keepsakes.
